FEES & POLICIES

Swim School Fees

All Swim School fees are due in the first two weeks of term.

At the end of each term you are required to pay either a $60 deposit or full fees to hold your swimmer’s position for the term that follows.

The Swim School has a NO Refund or Credit Policy.

Fees for The Fitness Edge Swim School are all GST inclusive.

Swim School Policy for terms 

Roll over for swimmers requires full payment by end of current term to secure the same swimming block.

Term bookings are confirmed once full fees are paid by the full payment Deadline. Any unpaid spots will be released and will need to be rebooked online before the term starts.

Group Swim Classes

• 2 make up lessons per term permitted per swimmer. NO exceptions.
• No credit is provided for unused make up classes in the term
• Cancelations must be processed and confirmed 2 hours prior to lesson start and can be done online through the members portal or by contacting admin staff during office hours.
• Cancelation of multiple lessons (part or full term) during the term do not receive additional credit or refund

Private Swim Classes

• Private lessons receive 2 make ups per term. These are only available as part of a group class of equal level where available
• No credit is provided for unused make up classes in the term
• Must be cancelled at least 8 hours prior to lesson start online through the members portal or by contacting admin staff during office hours.
• Cancelation of multiple lessons (part or full term) during the term do not receive any additional credit or refund
• Make up for privates must be done by staff and not online
