Swim School Cancellation Policy

Term bookings are confirmed once full fees are paid to secure your position. Places are not secured for the term until full payment is made. Roll over for swimmers also requires full payment by end of current term to secure the same swimming block.

Term cancellations made prior to the start of term will incur an administration fee of the deposit $60.00.

Group Swim Classes

  • 2 make up lessons per term permitted per swimmer. NO exceptions.
  • No credit is provided for unused make up classes in the term
  • Cancelations must be processed and confirmed 2 hours prior to lesson start and can be done online through the members portal or by contacting admin staff during office hours.
  • Cancelation of multiple lessons (part or full term) during the term do not receive additional credit or refund

Private Swim Classes

  • Private lessons receive 2 make ups per term. These are only available as part of a group class of equal level where available
  • No credit is provided for unused make up classes in the term
  • Must be cancelled at least 8 hours prior to lesson start online through the members portal or by contacting admin staff during office hours.
  • Cancelation of multiple lessons (part or full term) during the term do not receive any additional credit or refund
  • Make up for privates must be done by staff and not online
